Wrapped in sleek midcentury style, Crafted Americana takes an artisan approach to every aspect of its menu. From homespun Spotted Cow beer-battered cheese curds and house-smoked bourbon barbecue ribs to bone-in pork chops, each meal from breakfast through dinner is meticulously prepared with time-honored techniques that create, conserve and sustain. This hand-hewn ideology flows into a rotation of 30 craft beers as well as craft bourbons and custom-infused vodkas – including the house’s signature old fashioned.  Curl up with a cocktail or settle in for a savory dish. Come home to Crafted Americana.

WOODFORD RESERVE
A seesaw of subtle, sweet crème brûlée and apricot.

HUDSON BABY BOURBON
Expressively woody, superbly smokey, with mellow notes of vanilla and caramel.

ELIJAH CRAIG
Notes of roasted nuts, creamy vanilla, molasses and tropical fruits on the palate, that are well-balanced by hints of dry oak and cinnamon.

J. HENRY & SONS PATTEN ROAD SERVICES
Butterscotch, toffee, caramel, creamy vanilla, banana, sweet corn, cherry, sultana, sour peach, citrus, bright mint, spearmint, eucalyptus, peppery, cinnamon, spicy, mineral, smooth. Finish: Fruity, spicy, clove, pine.
