Game Master at the Lake Geneva Clue Room

GAME MASTER - Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and giving game background and instructional speeches, building excitement and anticipation.
• Watching games and sending in hints when needed.
• Giving a recap after the game, highlighting successes and explaining what they may have missed.
• Resetting rooms to prepare for the next group.
• General cleaning and minor repairs to games and rooms.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, particularly in the tourism field preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet to solve unexpected issues or help a group that's having unique difficulties.
• An enthusiastic and fun attitude, with the ability to talk to small and large groups effectively.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, though weekday shifts are often available.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Part-time - Flexible scheduling.
