Line Cook

Hawk’s View Golf Club is hiring a Line Cook to join the kitchen team at our on-site restaurant, Tail Feathers Bar & Grill. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, enjoys working in a team, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Prep and cook menu items to chef’s standards
✔ Set up and stock your station with ingredients and supplies
✔ Assist with food prep for restaurant operations and our popular Friday Fish Fry
✔ Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
✔ Keep your station clean, organized, and up to food safety standards
✔ Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate orders
✔ Store and manage leftover items and stock

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Kitchen or line cook experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person
✔ Strong attention to detail, speed, and cleanliness
✔ Familiarity with basic cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and safety standards
✔ Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to work weekends is a must
