Taproom Marketing and Lounge Bartender

Job description:

We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into people walking through our doors.

This role is part creative, part execution, and fully accountable for driving traffic into our taproom. If you love craft beer, live events, and making things happen—you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and run weekly events (trivia, live music, themed nights, pop-ups, etc.)
• Manage and grow our social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create simple, clean promotional content (posts, flyers, stories)
• Partner with local groups, businesses, and influencers
• Test new ideas constantly to bring in new customers
• Ensure we exceed expectation on service and general upkeep of the building

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who actually executes—not just brainstorms
• Strong social media instincts (what gets attention + engagement)
• Organized and reliable (events don’t run themselves)
• Outgoing personality—comfortable talking to guests, bands, vendors
• Bonus: experience in bars, restaurants, events, or marketing
• 21 years old or older
• Ability to work a variety of hours as business levels are affected by season.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, push or pull 160lbs, to bend and twist, be on your feet for the entire work shift.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for great beer and providing great service or willingness to learn.
• Strong judgement and professional maturity
• Must get Safe Serve, Safe Food Handling and Operators license within 2 weeks of hire.

Compensation:
Flexible (hourly + bonuses tied to event success)
