Join us for a night of intention setting. We will work with herbs, crystals, our breath & vibration. There will be tea for centering along with a short meditation. I will give a short presentation & we will end that with some breathwork. Next, we will bring out the intention table filled with herbs & crystals & begin to fill a small jar with those that call to you. We will end the night with a short guided meditation.
