Anniversary Dinner Time, Wine Time @ Lake Geneva School of Cooking

Take a culinary field trip to NAPA VALLEY as we put together a menu highlighting Napa Valley regional classic dishes matched with excellent wine. 

Take a step outside of your usual Saturday night dinner and make it into something extraordinary with this "hands-on" cooking class!

Enjoy a Sparkling Wine Reception with Parmigiano Popovers as Chef introduces himself and goes over the nights wine paired menu and demonstrates some basic cuts and important safety techniques before getting broken up into teams.

Then let the "hands-on" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from the four-course menu under the guidance of Chef and the staff.

After all the cooking is done, everyone will sit down for a fine dining experience with a gourmet meal while pouring delicious wines that you helped create.

Our recipes featured in class are printed in our cookbook, CHEF JOHN BOGAN RECIPES FROM THE SEASONS OF MY LIFE. Chef John’s cookbook package can be purchased and personalized after each class.
