Root to Crown Release Ceremony - discover a sudden shift in your energy powerhouse, which releases you from ties of negative energy and creates an abundance of light and healing around you.
Meditation & Journaling - "Letters to the Self" You'll be guided through a heartfelt journey designed to reconnect you with your truest self. Let your pen be the voice of your inner wisdom as your write a letter to your past, present and future self.
Sound Bath - A calming journey through healing tones and vibrations designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and restore energetic balance.
