During this 1.5-hour session, you'll experience regulation of your system, balancing of energy, stimulation of your nervous system, and release of endorphins through acupuncture. This will be accompanied by a meditative sound bath to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve focus and help you process emotions.  Two powerful modalities combined to create blissful healing!
