Cancer treatments can change your movement patterns. Pilates is designed for all bodies and all abilities, including one that have had surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.
Come learn how to gain full range of motion and strength, as well as open up your lymphatic channels and fascia. Let’s get you back to you!

What to expect- what specific exercises are appropriate for you, how to open up your chest walls and shoulders and how to battle cancer related fatigue!

Mondays at 3 pm. 5/4, 5/11 and 5/18. 
$75 total for all 3 classes.
