Enjoy the finest meal the East Troy Railroad has ever offered: a five course dinner served at your elegant table while our vintage dining cars ride through the Wisconsin countryside. Your first course is a chef’s charcuterie board, followed by a crispy prosciutto and grilled pear salad. Course three is Lobster Newburg Brochette – a sweet Maine lobster tail served with buttery sherry cream, in a brochette shell. Course four is a 6oz Filet Mignon, served with port wine button mushrooms, accompanied by Dauphinoise potatoes, asparagus melange and an herb bundle garnish.
