Join The Lake Geneva School of Cooking as we celebrate One of Mother Nature’s most beautiful treats – Morel Mushrooms!
Since the Morel Mushroom only sprouts from late-April through early-June, this is the perfect time to forage them, prepare them and enjoy them ~ in all their glory!
Enjoy a Sparkling Wine Reception with cheese Popovers, as Chef John introduces the LGSC staff and reviews the Morel Mushroom menu, while demonstrates a few basic cuts and important safety techniques before getting broken up into teams. Then let the "Hands-On" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from the Morel Mushroom themed four-course menu.
After all the cooking is done, everyone will sit down for a gourmet Morel Mushroom Dining experience complete with matching wine tasting.
