During this 60-minute session you’ll learn about how proper breathing techniques maximize oxygenation of your blood, increase metabolic blood flow, and engage your core. Butisattva Dori, from Studio Dori ~ House of Movement, will gently guide you through breathwork while you’re immersed in a crystalline sound bath of healing harmonics played by Lori of Essence Sound Healing. This mindful combination of breathwork and targeted sound frequencies promotes profound inner calm, peace, and body awareness.
