Star Center Elementary’s Gym, Monday's 5:40- 6:10pm
This class focuses on core & strength, building lean muscle mass. Different elements will be utilized such as balance exercise, light free weights, body weight movements similar to pilates, exercise bands, and more. Each week there will be a new set of movements.
