Johnny Packard, a Tai Chi for Health certified instructor of ten years,
is experienced in reaching diverse demographics, including older
adults and children with arthritis. In this class, you will learn and
practice the Tai Chi for Health Institute's modernized Tai Chi
programs to manage stress, improve balance, deepen breathing,
reduce pain, and sharpen cognitive function. The Tai Chi for Health
program (TCHI.ORG) is designed to be safe, effective, and
accessible for all. Modifications to the movements will be offered as
necessary. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes, and join
Johnny for a relaxing, educational, and enlightening experience!
