Just in time to relax, unwind, and recharge before your holiday festivities ~ in collaboration with Essence Sound Healing, Lakeside Books brings you this journey of sound where the story is all about YOU! Unwind and get comfortable with a blanket and lightly scented lavender eye mask as your story unfolds during a soothing 45-minute sound bath with Lori. Where will your sound journey take you? Come find out as you the enjoy the limitless world of books and powerful healing frequencies and vibrations of targeted sound.
Yoga mats available if requested though you are encouraged to bring your own. Blankets and eye masks will be provided for use.
