Poses (yoga) & Pins (acupuncture) With Nan Elder & Jessica Prohuska
Ease into the morning with this gentle yoga class offered by Certified Yoga Instructor & Flexibility Coach, Nan Elder. After, Yoga participants will remain on the mat while Licensed Acupuncturist, Jessica Prohuska, will deepen your experience with a targeted acupuncture treatment that will relax, refresh, and renew your body and mind.
Jessica takes a gentle approach to acupuncture and uses minimal pins, making this an enjoyable experience for those who are new to acupuncture and those who already love it.
Fulfillment Coaching with Mackenzie Bestold
What does your most fulfilled life look like? After you’re relaxed and refreshed, join empowerment coach Mackenzie Bestold for a self-discovery coaching session. She will guide participants through a Wheel of Life visioning process intended to help participants reflect on different areas of their life and what fulfillment looks like to them.
Creating Space for Wellbeing with Darcey Rojas
In this workshop, Holistic Interior Designer and Design Psychology Coach - Darcey Rojas will help you discover how your home environment is an outward manifestation of your inner world as you are introduced to the concept of environmental design psychology.
• You’ll explore the 3 keys to creating a home that can become a catalyst for personal growth and transformation.
• You'll identify which area of your life you are struggling with the most and how it’s reflected in your home environment.
• And you’ll walk away with a plan of action for improving this space so it can better support you on your path to achieving your most important goals and desires.
Making positive changes in your home environment can help you implement the habits you need to develop in order to make positive changes throughout many aspects of your life.
Claim Your Highest Purpose with Dr. Christine Quinn
In this session you will walk the path to transformation and connect to your inner wisdom to align with your soul’s purpose. Dr. Christine Quinn will guide you through this process by walking through the shamanic medicine wheel.
This wheel has some similarities to a mindful walk in a labyrinth. You will gain insights into healing and reclaiming your inner peace. You will feel into that which you need to shed and that which creates alignment with your heart and your soul’s calling.
The only thing you need to bring is an open mind and heart to watch your greatest dreams present themselves.
Creative Journaling with Maureen Lien
To end your retreat, artist Maureen Lien will guide you in the creation of a personalized journal through the utilization of mixed media materials. Creating this journal will give you an opportunity to express your inner self and as you use your journal you can continue to reconnect with self long after the retreat.
Journal and mixed media materials will be included.
Appetizers, Drinks, and Dinner will be provided Friday evening. A light Breakfast will be available during the morning sessions followed by a break for Lunch on Saturday.
Lodging is available at Lake Geneva Haven, owned and operated by Christine and her son, for an additional fee if you'd like to stay over on Friday night.
