Q: How long have you worked at this restaurant?

I have worked at PIER 290 for three years.

 

Q: What do you enjoy most about working at this restaurant?

Working at a high volume fast paced restaurant and being on the lake everyday sharing the lake life with customers from all over the world.

 

Q: What is the most memorable guest interaction you have had?

I had the opportunity to help plan a 65th birthday party for one of our guests over Memorial Day Weekend. It was a great way to start off the summer.

 

Q: What item on the menu is your favorite and would recommend to first time diners?

The Ahi Tuna Tartare with extra cilantro-ginger sauce. This could possible be a whole food group for me!

 

Q: What would you recommend to your guest to do for fun in Lake Geneva?

I would suggest taking a cruise with Lake Geneva Cruise Line, my favorite is the mail boat tour, but they area all great!
