Chef Luis and his culinary team have created a new menu with a focus on scratch cooking using regenerative ingredients from local sources. Simple, quality ingredients are perfectly combined to bring a fusion of flavors, colors, and aromas that will make you slow down and savor each bite. From our Eggplant Napoleon topped with housemade ricotta cheese to Open-Faced Ravioli created with scratch-made pasta, large chunks of lobster and a rich saffron broth, you'll find a set of flavors in our new menu that are sure to become new favorites.
