Travel back in time to our 1880’s Apothecary (a tribute to our original owner Dr. Philip Maxwell) where drinks are served from Erlenmeyer flasks and Mixologists create elixirs from our fresh herb garden. The large glass pane windows of the Apothecary overlook the garden lounge with several outdoor fireplaces and Bocce Ball court to enjoy with friends. Apothecary Winter Hours: Sunday: 4:00 - 10:00 Monday: Closed Tuesday: 4:00 - !0:00 pm (The Green Hour special features signature absinthe cocktails and $10 Absinthe Drips) Wednesday: 4:00 - 10:00 pm (Wine Wednesday, you pay for a 5 oz glass pour and receive 9 oz) Thursday: 4:00 - 10:00 pm (Industry night, Buy one Get one on all our Apothecary menu cocktails for anyone who works in the hospitality industry) Friday: 11:00 am - Midnight Saturday: 11:00 am - Midnight Speakeasy Bar Hours: Sunday - Thursday: Closed Friday and Saturday: 9:00 pm - Midnight Shhh… it’s a secret!
