Simple Café, Bakery & Market

The simple food group currently consists of 2 businesses, Simple Bakery and Market and Simple Café. Simple Café is our flagship operation, opening on December 16, 2009. Since that cold Wednesday morning, we have pursued our mission, providing great food and great hospitality while reconnecting communities.

Our food is delicious, inventive, and simple. We serve breakfast and lunch, using the freshest and tastiest ingredients possible, tapping into what are farmers and producers love to grow and raise. It is here that we are reconnecting our staff and customers to our regional farm communities. Our business is about these relationships, not transactions.

Service is about technique while hospitality is about a feeling. We provide both. We want the customer to know that we are on their side, giving them what they want. Our service is timely, accurate, polite, and enthusiastic. We believe in our product. We know it is delicious.
