The premier Frontier Restaurant invites guests to savor both gourmet American heartland cuisine and the incredible views of Delavan Lake while taking a seat with family and friends for mealtime. Director of Culinary Operations and Executive Chef David Ross and his team of culinary experts work closely with Wisconsin farmers and artisans to use fresh, local ingredients in many of the restaurant’s signature dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus, the resort adds its own homegrown herbs and fresh honey in a handful of seasonal entrees.
In addition to serving classic American cuisine, the Frontier Restaurant offers a diverse spread of decadent seafood options, so guests can enjoy the ocean’s bounty. Such entrees include: broiled Boston cod, ale steamed mussels, lobster mac and cheese croquettes, ahi tuna wontons, sweet chili glazed salmon, butter broiled Maine lobster and shrimp scampi. Guests can feast on popular seafood favorites at the buffet-style Friday Night Seafood Feast from 5:30 to 10 p.m. every week.
The premier Frontier Restaurant at Lake Lawn Resort serves up bold flavors and traditional classics with its steak options. Meat lovers can indulge on the made-to-order 16 oz. bone in rib eye steak, 8 oz. filet mignon or 12 oz. hand cut New York strip steak.
