MEET THE DIRECTOR
Joe Schiessl
Director of Operations
Lead Performance Specialist
Joe attended Mukwonago High School where he was a multi-sport athlete. After high school, he attended Carroll University to study exercise science as well as play football. During this time, Joe fell in love with the training process and the X’s and O’s behind it. During his senior year of college, he got his first experience training athletes at a private facility as well as completed an internship at the University of Minnesota under a world-renowned strength coach. Before returning home, he received his Masters Degree at St. Cloud State where he was served as a Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant for multiple sports teams. Not only is it Joe’s goal to provide the best training experience for the athletes of Lake Geneva, but equally to develop athletes into leaders both in sports, in their communities and in life.
