Dear Partners,
October is one of the most beautiful and exciting months of the year in the Lake Geneva region, and I’m looking forward to jumping right into the fun, beginning October 9-11 with the Downtown Lake Geneva Oktoberfest. On Sunday at noon I’ll be competing in the pie-eating contest, sponsored by the Lake Geneva Pie Company of course. Competitors include local business owners, the Lake Geneva Mayor, and even Miss Wisconsin 2026. And don’t forget to watch the Corgi and Dachshund races. They are a hoot.
As we enjoy the energy of fall, I also encourage you to join us for Visit Lake Geneva’s Annual Dinner & Impact Awards on Tuesday, October 27, at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. This annual gathering is a wonderful opportunity to recognize our partners and the incredible work they do. READ MORE>

September offers a full lineup of great events, starting with the 177th Walworth County Fair in Elkhorn. This award-winning fair features top grandstand entertainment, livestock auctions, carnival rides, and outstanding food.

For more than 30 years Concerts in the Park has been the soundtrack of summer in Lake Geneva, a tradition cherished by residents and visitors alike. Thanks to the generous support of our entertainment sponsors and our presenting sponsor, Brunk Industries, these free, family‑friendly performances return to the Brunk Pavilion at Flat Iron Park beginning Thursday, June 25. Bob and Mary Ann Pearce of Pearce’s Farm Stand have been nominated for the 2026 Governor’s Tourism Legacy Award, honoring their six decades of commitment to preserving and celebrating Wisconsin’s agricultural heritage. The winner will be announced later this month at the Wisconsin Governor’s Conference on Tourism in Milwaukee, and we’re all cheering them on.
