We have hotels and resorts, mansions, museums and entertainment venues for every situation and size. We will help you choose what you need for your conference, to create the best experience.
We will send your RFP to all venues that are a fit for your program, keeping your communication only with VISIT Lake Geneva sales team, until you make your decision. We will compile all RFP’s received, and send back to you in one neat package for your review, including a “Snapshot” so you can see at a glance, availability, and guest room rate for your program. At this time, you will contact the individual venues of your choice, saving you time in your planning!
We will assist in setting up site visits for the venues you choose, as well as assist in setting up pre-convention and post-convention activities as well as anything off-site you need while you’re here.
We will make it easy for you to be a meeting planning hero to your group, with the best attendance ever.
