Community Acupuncture ( We will not have acupuncture on July 4th )
We are excited to announce that we will be doing Community Acupuncture on a recurring basis on Fridays at 1:30!
What to expect: The community acupuncture will be held in Studio 1, where there will be eight zero-gravity chairs set up. The treatment points selected will be customized to your goals for treatment. So be sure to come with a primary wellness goal in mind. The acupuncturist will check your pulse and tongue and select empirical points that have been proven to help reduce pain, lower stress, improve sleep, clear the mind, and more, all custom to your needs as an individual.
What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothing that is loose enough to have access up to the elbows and knees.
Note: Please make sure to have eaten beforehand. We do have great options in the cafe, if you’d like to check it out! Also, make sure to be hydrated as well!
Sessions are open to new and existing clients. You will be contacted the day before to be given your start time.
