Sweet Zen Buti Movement

Buti, powerfully connects all of the senses with the deepest muscles of the body to bridge the gap between energetic, spiritual, and physical worlds. The practice uses intentional, shaking and vibration to regulate the nervous system and release  stored trauma in a fascia -informed way.
