Eleven Gables Boutique Inn & Cottage — a storybook 1867 Carpenter's Gothic gem perched on the shores of Geneva Lake. Six uniquely appointed inn rooms, a private cottage, and a charming converted ice house — each space its own little world. A private pier, mornings so quiet you'll hear the herons land, and nothing like the places you usually stay. This is Lake Geneva the way it was meant to be discovered — slowly, beautifully, memorably.

Authentic small Gothic lake front inn located in a quiet residential side street near downtown Lake Geneva with separate cottage and ice house.
- Private pier on the lake shore path for swimming, floating, and chilling.
- All of the rooms in the main building have private baths, windows that open, separate air conditioning
- Some have private entrances overlooking Geneva Lake.
Also available:
- A two bedroom cottage that sleeps up to 4 persons. A ground floor two room cottage with authentic pine flooring and breakfast nook. One room has a king size bed the other has a full size.
- A real Ice House and loft. The old ice house is a two bedroom with roof windows and small kitchen and deck. Very authentic. The ice house does not overlook the lake, it is on the same property as a historic boutique lake house.
  **No more than 4 persons, please. If you need accommodations for more guests the inn has 6 rooms.

We do not charge extra for pets. Sorry dogs only, with prior approval. Some breeds excluded, size doesn't matter😁
Food service not available, but there are a dozen restaurants within three blocks.

We use the National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) standards to pay our cleaners a living wage.

We have a 24 hour buffer between reservations
