During this unprecedented time with COVID-19, the City of Lake Geneva is implementing procedures for the beach that will aid in social distancing and safety. All patrons of the beach are being asked to enter at the main beach house entrance. If you have mobility concerns, there is an accessible area near the Riviera. If you need to use the Riviera entrance gate, please check in at the main beach house entrance and the staff will direct you. All patrons will be asked to adhere to the sidewalk markings to insure social distancing.
All drinking fountains located in and around the beach area have been shut off. You may bring non-alcoholic beverages to the beach in a personal cooler. Per past practices, all coolers will be checked at the entrance for alcohol/glass containers. Showers located inside the beach house will be closed, however the two outside of the beach house will remain open.
The bathrooms in the beach house will be open and cleaned on an hourly basis; the City does retain the right to close the bathrooms for more thorough cleaning or maintenance. In the event of a closure, signage will be posted notifying as such.
We realize that this is an unprecedented time and we want patrons to enjoy the beach safely. Please remember to be kind and respectful to staff and other patrons. Thank you for visiting Riviera Beach!
