In this one-hour guided tasting, honey sommelier Emily Trainor will lead you through a curated flight of four distinct varietal honeys, teaching you how to taste for aroma, texture, floral origin, and finish—the same way sommeliers taste wine. You’ll explore how pollination, geography, and seasonality influence flavor. With years of studying honeys from around the world, your time with Emily will change the way you think about honey.
Available to host in her tasting room in Downtown Lake Geneva (seats 12) or at your preferred venue. Pricing starts at $15 per person, and Emily can customize the experience to fit your needs and budget.
