Founded in 1988, Tablescapes has grown into one of the premier event rental companies serving Chicago, Milwaukee, and the greater Midwest. Over the past 36 years, we’ve proudly supported more than 297,000 events—including everything from intimate gatherings to the Super Bowl.

In 2020, we expanded into a state-of-the-art 87,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Franklin Park, IL, to meet growing demand. We also operate Chicago’s only event rental showroom and, as of May 2025, a brand-new showroom in Milwaukee.
