Close out your summer with a splash!

If your idea of fun is being on the water then check-in with one of the many local marinas and boat rental operations to schedule that last summer cruise! Nothing says summer more than a pontoon full of good friends, a picnic basket packed with local treats, some great tunes, and the wind in your hair. The late summer sunsets on the lake are a must to catch!

Those in the know will tell you that the late summer sun just hits the water differently making magical memories that will last well into the chill of fall!

Embrace nature’s wonder

August is still in full bloom and what better way to enjoy it than going out in nature! Start your day on the trails at Lake Geneva Ziplines & Adventures with an invigorating hike or bike ride through the canopy of trees. A more relaxed walk through nature can be found at the Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy in Williams Bay or at Big Foot Beach State Park at Buttons Bay where native plants and creatures will captivate you. And what’s more enchanting than an evening hike on the Geneva Lake Shore Path. It’s a wonderfully calm way to end a day full of fun while dreaming of next summer’s vacation.
